What Emotion Most Guides You?

Is it Fear? Love? Anxiety? Anger? Optimism? Choose one. Describe that emotion. Go ahead and grab a pen and paper. If that emotion were a person what kind of person would it be? What is it wearing? Describe the environment – what does the air feel like? What do you smell? How do you feel? If you want to change the way this emotion is affecting your life. Talk with it. Personalize it and have a conversation with it. Why not? This might just work, and you have nothing to lose.
